You will hold a position of experience and leadership, ensuring compliance, OHS, and tenant relations are at the forefront of mind.Your day-to-day duties will involve:Contribution to the operations team driving collaboration whilst promoting Customer Service and Community Relations.Develop and implement Sustainability initiatives and best practices.Providing project coordination services for investigations and upgrades as required.Monitoring and directing contractor performance and ensuring that all contracts are executed and performed with a quality output.Manage, develop and implement the strategic asset management plan for the properties.Responsible for developing plans to facilitate continuous quality improvements and enhance the value of the property.Preparation of operational and capital expenditure and operational budgets.Coordinate tenancy de-fits and new lease fit-outs.To be considered for the role, you must have previous demonstrable experience in an operations and facilities role, ideally within a retail property environment, understanding compliance and risk associated with the position. Technical qualifications would be desirable, coupled with exemplary people skills, with a vision to lead and inspire.With the ability to manage your time effectively, you will be self-motivated and passionate about delivering a high level of service to each of your tenants.
