Operations Manager - Removals

Allied Moving Services is a leading global provider of removals and relocation solutions, with services in more than 40 countries and approximately 5000 employees. The Company has an extensive network of agents and other service providers and conducts more than 365,000 relocations/removals per year.This hands-on position could be the perfect opportunity for an individual who has operations experience and wants to make their first move into the management side of our industry. This position will suit a motivated, customer service driven and dedicated individual. Responsibilities will include:Management of day to day activities within the BranchLeadership and motivation of the teamOperational planning & schedulingMaintaining a safe working environmentEnsuring operational efficiencies are maintained and improved uponEnsuring branch sales activities and conversions levels are maintainedDelivering excellent service to our customer baseAchievement of budget profit and growthIn house sales consulting of removal services & Insurance.Who are we looking for?To be successful in this position, you will be able to handle multiple tasks at once and have excellent communication and presentation skills.
