Acting as the primary client interface, this role involves the establishment, delivery, and monitoring of all Opex and Capex activities.
The Operations Manager leads efforts to ensure the safe, effective, and efficient achievement of business goals and objectives, aligning them with the broader Projects and Infrastructure targets.Key Responsibilities include:Lead the team's operational planning processes, implementation, and monitoring to ensure KPI's are achieved.Manage the performance and motivate the team through effective goal-setting, accountability targets, and KPI's as appropriate.Identify and implement quantifiable project delivery efficiency improvements on an annual basis.Participate in the strategic planning process to identify and deliver the yearly North portfolio to deliver against yearly budget targets.Develop, implement, and maintain consistent and best practice project delivery standards, policies, and procedures.Drive a client-facing business responsive to customers' identified needs and benchmarks.Deliver agreed profit targets.Support the future growth of Zinfra's Projects and Infrastructure group through client management and identification of future opportunities.Plan for and anticipate change – internally and externally with consideration of the current and future opportunities.About YouTo be selected for interview, your resume will demonstrate that you are a dynamic leader with a strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in managing complex energy projects.
