The roleOur client is a key franchise partner of this network and due to strong growth ambitions, they have a newly created opportunity for an experience Operations Leader to join their business and oversee their restaurants. This role will report into the Directors and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of two large restaurants based in Hobart to achieve KPI's and targets. Key responsibilitiesOversee the development and leadership of the Restaurant Managers and all staffBuilding a strong, collaborative relationships with the Brand Consultant to achieve set targets & KPI'sManage the operating budgets including labour and COGSDrive sales and customer experience through the teamOversee and manage HR and Recruitment for the sitesDevelop and build a cohesive team environment, supporting one another and working to common goals Experience requiredThe ideal candidate for this role will have experience in QSR/Retail management, overseeing a large workforce in a complex environment overseeing various departments. They will have the proven ability in leading and developing customer service and sales teams and an understanding of a franchise environment.
