In this role, you will be based in Sydney, leading a team of 5 Local Service Managers (direct reports), with 25 technicians under them. You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding retention, installation, and profit targets, whilst building and maintaining effective internal and external relationships with key stakeholders within the business services industry.
You will be responsible for the following outcomes: Leading a safety cultureDeveloping, leading and managing a first-class operations and service supportDelivery of the operational planManaging the budget, P&L, and operational measuresDriving operational efficiencies and continuous improvement to work smarter not harderProactively manage service delivery to consistently meet customer contractual expectations to positively impact client retention and growthFor Brilliant Execution you will need: A demonstrated commitment to safety and a proven track record in building a safety cultureA minimum of 3 years management experience with a strong operational skillsetProven record of delivering revenue growth, with experience developing, implementing and managing projectsAn engaging leader with experience in coaching and developing team members with the willingness to be a 'hands-on' leader where requiredAbility to focus and have a flexible approach when faced with change, completing priorities and work demandsDemonstrated commercial acumen to manage budgets and costsEffective interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrated track record of successfully delivering against targets, KPI's and cost efficienciesThe ability to positively challenge the status quo and champion continuous improvementHorticultural experience is advantageous, however not essential
