This role is pivotal in steering our operations toward success, driving growth, and developing robust strategies to advance our business and teams.Your Day Will InvolveRegional Oversight: Partner with the General Manager to manage operations, focusing on revenue, cost, and profit while achieving financial and operational targets.Safety and Improvement: Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement, establishing Boral Quarries as an industry leader.Budget and Strategy: Develop and execute annual budgets and sales strategies, targeting EBIT, volume, and ASP.Quarry Development: Create and implement a sustainable quarrying development plan for infrastructure and resources.Project Leadership: Lead and manage key improvement initiatives.
