Our mission is to continue our strong Australia-wide growth plan.The PositionThe Operations Manager/Officer will be a vital Head Office team member providing assistance to all Liv Eat team members and Head Office employees. Working full-time hours, you will be the initial point of contact for our store teams and customers. If you are successful you will be required to provide a strong communication channel between Head Office and the stores and effectively manage team and operational issues.What You'll DoReporting to the Head of Operations, your daily tasks would include but are not limited to:Assist with the operations of all Liv Eat stores.Support the Operations Team by ensuring managers and team members are trained, motivated, and equipped to deliver exceptional service to brand standards and achieve KPIs.Assist key personnel for new store openings, ensuring planning and execution to brand standard.Monitor and manage service delivery, ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and health inspections.Assist in COGS and labour management.Monitor store performance in line with KPIs and generate performance reports.Support senior management with strategic planning, forecasting, and operational goals.Implement best practices for efficiency, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.Effectively manage your time and achieve results.What We NeedThe successful applicant should be able to demonstrate the following:Proven experience in Food & Beverage management at a high level.Preferred but not essential - experience in an Operations style role.Experience in team management & development.Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to travel when required for store openings.Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but not essential.What You'll GetLiv Eat values every team member, offering:Generous staff discounts on Liv Eat products.Supportive work environment.Career growth and opportunities.Be part of a growing Tasmanian company.Your next stepReady to make a difference?To become the newest member of our Head Office team, you will need to include an up-to-date resume and a cover letter outlining why you would be the best person for the role.
