They ensure efficient and effective service delivery, financial management, and patient care.
Lead the management of the Medical Imaging service's operational aspects.Oversee financial and resource management, including billing and budget allocation.Manage human resources, including direct line management of key staff.Ensure clinical practice excellence and service improvements in patient care.Contribute to facility planning, site development, and workforce reforms.How to Apply

Relevant tertiary qualifications in health services management (or equivalent) with extensive senior management experience, or an equivalent combination of study and work experience.Demonstrated understanding of the patient billing and revenue model in NSW Health.Demonstrated ability to manage highly complex human resource and administration matters.Demonstrated skills in problem solving/negotiation and change management skills.Demonstrated experience in budgetary and financial management within allocated resources.Proven interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven experience in clinical services planning and policy development skills.Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Health Roster and Stafflink, with preferable experience in ROB, Vmoney and TESL.Requisition ID: REQ543744 Applications Close: 7th January 2025
