The Role
Based in Kalgoorlie, the Operations Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations while building on customer relationships and advancing the company's objectives. This position involves leading efforts to improve operational efficiency, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, and collaborating with various departments to implementing innovative solutions and optimise resources within your region to improve business growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for providing a high level of service and a commitment to making a positive impact in the community.
Qualifications and Experience
Proven Management experience with a solid grasp of business management principles
Relevant Engineering or Trade qualifications (Mechanical, Chemical, etc.)
Understanding of the pump industry and fleet management systems
Understanding of asset management with ability to optimise inventory to minimise downtime and improve profitability
Strong organisational skill, attention to detail and ability to build rapport
Have a continuous improvement mindset and desire to drive organisational growth
Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to challenges
Be located in or willing to relocate to Kalgoorlie, WA (not negotiable)
