Our office is located in Burswood.Your New RolePlaying a valued part in our operation, the Operations Manager role reports to the Directors and will manage the operations/team to deliver operational efficiency and effectiveness with continuous improvement.Responsibilities for this role include but not limited to:Responsible for the general operation of Photo HendriksLead and support a team to achieve operational goals and our industry leading standards, delivering outstanding results and foster a culture of continuous improvementManage key relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on timeResponsible for inventory control of all office and production suppliesEstablish, maintain and monitor procedures for record-keepingEnsure that results are measured against standards, while making necessary changes along the wayManagement of all Photo Hendriks staff and managers including the hiring, training and performance management of staffResponsible for the management of several key staffWhat do we need from you?Attitude is everything!
