About the Role:
They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee their busy timber yard warehouse. Reporting directly to the Director and CEO, you will contribute to the growth and efficiency of their operations. You'll manage three direct reports and lead warehouse operations, from inventory management to staff supervision, while working closely with senior management to implement strategic improvements.
