Facilitating early diagnosis and early intervention of disability and/or at-risk behaviours, education, family supports, cultural connection and capacity building training and support services.
About The Position
The Operations Manager supports the Chief Executive Officer with daily operational functions, aligning organisational targets and objectives with client service outcomes.
The Operations Manager is responsible for the development, planning and management of a range of programs for participants and for the wider Aboriginal Community in Western Sydney.
You will be responsible for but not limited to:
Day to day management of the 3 Team Leaders & push delivery of tasksOversee the functioning of the divisions & making sure aligned to management planNavigating the complexities of multiple funding avenuesReporting via online portals & Community Data SolutionsLiaising with external accountants on Grants allocations, invoicing & budgetsAdhere to relevant legislation, disability standards and implement best practicePlanning, writing and submission of grants and other funding proposalsReview and implement policy & procedureAbout You
Ideally Tertiary qualifications in business or equivalent coupled with extensive experience in an Operations Manager or Senior Operations position.
Sound knowledge of NFP, Health & Community Services, Grants & funding is ideal, however anyone with exceptional leadership, drive & ability to push for effectiveness & efficiency would be highly regarded.
