We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join the CBD asset management team to deliver the operational management of our Barangaroo and Darling Square retail precincts with support to our King St Precinct.
The Role:In collaboration with the Centre Manager, Retail Manager and National Operations team, you will work to formulate property operational strategies for Urban Regeneration Retail assets. You will be responsible for:
The preparation of the capital expenditure and OPEX budgets in collaboration with the Precinct teams, including identification of Retail Precinct specific works, forecasted procurement costs, and Life Cycle Analysis ensuring that all associated costs are accounted for in the budgets.Day-to-day performance of Retail Precinct operations to ensure continual operation of required services including cleaning, security, building services, and immediate repairs to achieve optimal customer satisfaction.Taking the lead role in execution of the property operational strategies.Executing procurement, asset efficiency, and sustainability strategies.Leading the management of risk, EHS, property, legislative and contractual compliance across the Urban Regeneration retail portfolio.Building & maintaining long-term key internal/external stakeholders.About You:We are looking for an experienced operations and facility management professional with a track record in building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. In addition, you will have:
