Docksafe has an exciting role available within our national service management team to coordinate & support our field service technicians who operate throughout Australia.
Our core business is the service, supply and installation of Loading Dock Equipment including dock levellers, roller doors, gates, barriers and more.
The Role:
We are looking for a highly organised individual with strong management and administrative skills. This role requires someone with experience managing staff, excellent attention to detail, and a keen understanding of process and systems improvement.

Responsibilities Plan and schedule routine maintenance and assign resources Liaise with leading hands and field techs to assign jobs Coach and develop field service team Compile, complete & dispatch job reports Liaise with customers for scheduling of jobs Engage suppliers for procurement of parts etc Deliver excellent customer service and develop/maintain customer relationships Develop and implement strategies to enhance service processes, improve efficiency, and streamline operations Develop and maintain safety documentation & processes as required Monitor and report on service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS programs (Outlook, word, excel) Prior experience in a service management role preferred Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
