We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our Mackay team, helping to drive operational success and maintain the highest standards in service delivery.
About the Role:
As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, managing a dynamic team, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects for our clients in the Mackay region.
You will be responsible for optimising operational processes, ensuring safety compliance, managing resources, and working closely with senior management to meet business goals.
This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
