The Harvey Norman Lismore Customer Service Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Operations Manager to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.
The successful candidate will:
Be able to work with minimal supervision Have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) Be able to work well in a team environment Be motivated and have a great eye for detail Have experience in resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service Have flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late-night trades In this role you will:
Book repairs & servicing Tag faulty products and organise to return them to the supplier Keep our customers updated of the status of their repairs Perform general administration duties Receive stock, perform general merchandising and ticketing duties What we offer:
