About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated, client-focused leader to oversee a portfolio of shared living homes across the Northern Beaches. Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, you will lead teams to deliver person-centred services, drive improvement, manage risk, and support goals in quality, sustainability, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:Support the Regional manager to develop and deliver the regional operational plans to achieve Sunnyfield's strategic objectives and performance outcomes.Inspire and continuously improve workforce and cultural performance, financial viability, innovation, and growth.Strengthen and expand service delivery to enrich the lives of people with disability.
