About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at We Love With Care.
In this full-time contract role, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operations of our aged and disability support services in Auburn, NSW.
You will play a key role in ensuring our organisation continues to deliver the highest quality of care to our clients.
What you'll be doing Manage and coordinate all day-to-day operational activities, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.Actively promote the services offered by We Love with Care Disability Services to relevant organisations and participants.Lead business development efforts with Support Coordination and Plan Manager businesses, funding bodies, and Department of Health contacts to establish additional referral sources and drive growth.Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within the NDIS framework.Monitor and manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation to ensure efficient service delivery.Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to optimise operational efficiency and compliance.Oversee the delivery of client services and ensure they meet or exceed quality standards.Liaise with clients, caregivers, and other stakeholders to address any concerns or issues.Analyse operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement.Supervise, train, and develop a team of dedicated support workers and administrative staff.Collaborate cross-functionally to support the overall strategic objectives of the organisation.What we're looking for Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar operations management role, preferably within the aged care or disability support sector.Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-disciplinary teams and driving operational excellence.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.Familiarity with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards.Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as business, healthcare, or social services.Proven experience in senior management roles within the healthcare, disability, or aged care sectors, with a strong understanding of NDIS funding models, regulations, and industry standards.Commitment to quality, compliance, and customer service excellence, with a passion for improving outcomes and positively impacting the lives of clients and their families.Proven experience in a leadership role within the NDIS or healthcare sector.Strong understanding of NDIS standards and regulatory requirements.Strong autonomous research skills and experience in information gathering and networking.Proven ability to maintain accurate, professional, and current records and written reports.In-depth understanding of the NDIS and National Standards for Disability Services and contemporary disability approaches.What we offerAt We Love With Care, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
