We're looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to lead our local Melbourne transport team in a way that champions these values, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
The RoleAs our Operations Manager, you will be an engaged, proactive leader for our transport team.
You'll drive scheduling, oversee fleet operations, and ensure everything runs efficiently and on schedule.
Your role will have a direct impact on our customers' experience, helping us create a cohesive, high-performing team that collaborates and supports each other.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with loading and Chain of Responsibility (CoR)Lead driver engagement, manage inquiries, and resolve issuesEnsure on-time delivery through optimisation of fleet utilisation and cost-effectivenessManage fleet booking, planning, and allocationSupport the line-haul team and prepare daily manifestsCollaborate with third-party providers for deliveriesBuild strong relationships with customers, drivers, warehouse staff, and team membersOversee the operations P&LAbout YouYou are a driven professional committed to creating an inclusive, collaborative environment.
