Manage all aspects of the day to day operation of the business and ensure practices are carried out in accordance with the planning and development scheduleManage the staffing needs of the operations and ensure the facilities are maintainedIn consultation with the board, ensure all marketing and sales strategies are developed and delivered within budget and as per the overall business planOffer excellence in operational standards and customer service Candidate Requirements: Previous experience within the hospitality industryStrong knowledge of Food & BeverageAbility to formulate budgets and ensure delivery of budgetsAbility to work unsupervised and meet deadlinesExcellent communications, strong work ethicHold a National Police ClearanceCurrent Drivers License Long term commitment How to Apply:
