As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our waste management and document destruction services. You will lead a team of professionals to ensure the efficient delivery of services, maintain compliance with regulations, and drive operational excellence. Your leadership will be key in enhancing service quality, optimising processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all operational aspects of the waste management and document destruction services, including scheduling, routing, and service delivery.Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency, safety, and service quality.Monitor performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.Manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with service agreements and quality standards.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to waste management and document destruction.Conduct regular training sessions for staff on operational procedures, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Prepare and present operational reports to senior management and customers.Qualifications:Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the waste management or document destruction industry.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on operational efficiency.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in waste management and document destruction.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.Proficient in using operational management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.A dynamic and supportive work environment.Commitment to sustainability and responsible waste management practices.How to Apply: If you are a results-oriented leader with a passion for operations management and sustainability, we would love to hear from you!
