The Role
Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing, the Operations Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes at the site.
You're responsibilities will include:
Oversee day-to-day operations across the site.Manage the site leadership team whilst ensuring their continuous development and career progression paths.Lead and support the site to meet project deadlines through coaching and guidance.Drive new and continuous improvement projects including production capacity, NPD, safety and quality while controlling costs.Ensure product quality protocols are met.Communicate with stakeholders across the business, including internal and external stakeholder. Promote EHS procedures across the site. Skills & Experience Prior experience within a manufacturing site leadership position. Strong emotional intelligence, be an innovative thinker that embraces culture and someone that will be able to lead in a hands-on and collaborative style, promoting good behaviours. Culturally, you will bring passion, hunger and enthusiasm for change with a focus on team development, coaching and staff engagement to build site capability and drive strong site performance and individual accountability.
