General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management) Full time
The MOWCC Operations Manager reports directly to the CEO and plays a crucial role in leading the day-to-day operations of this essential not-for-profit organisation.
This role is suited to a highly motivated individual who enjoys a challenge and is committed to continuous improvement.
A strong leader, you will enjoy the varied days this role will bring (no two days are the same) and you won't be afraid to roll up your sleeves to support and assist the team when needed.

The role is full time and based at Tuggerah with the option to work from one of our three other outlets one day a week.
A work laptop and mobile will be provided.
Some out of hours work, such as attending conferences etc, will be required.
