No Limits Support is a disability support provider in the Hills district that, since its inception in 2021, has been quickly growing due to our focus on top-quality care and support.
Our team provides in-home and community access support, as well as SDA and specialized transport.
The Position Our growing team is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to help guide our administration staff and support workers in the day-to-day tasks of the company.
As Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to create positive change in the lives of the people we support by bringing new ideas and experience into the team.
The role will be primarily office-based with occasional visits to clients and team leaders.
Primary tasks include overseeing team performance, monitoring compliance, and working closely with the team to ensure clients are receiving the highest quality care.
About You We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an NDIS role of a similar position and a deep understanding of NDIS policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, a strong passion for the people we support is essential, and you will need the leadership skills to uphold this standard within the team.
Our work environment is fast-paced, so the ability to make decisions and balance tasks will ensure success in the role.
The Operations Manager will work closely with the directors on all aspects of the business to continually look for improvements in the care we provide.
