About The Role


Manage and enable the customer journey from enquiry, quote, invoice, order to delivery.

Responsible for inbound sales and customer service requests via phone, live chat and email.

Manage the production schedule with our key delivery partners.

This is a hands-on role, you will be responsible for sales, customer service, production and logistics.

Achieve KPIs with sales, on time delivery and customer service response times.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer
