About the role Over the past four years, Fujitsu Oceania has made strategic acquisitions across Australia and New Zealand, building the foundation for its Digital Acceleration Services (DAS) business. With over 500 full-time employees, DAS operates at the forefront of our customer needs, offering a comprehensive suite of Professional and Managed Services in Cloud, Cybersecurity, Business Applications and Data & AI. We are now seeking an experienced senior leader to inspire and lead our DAS team with a continued focus to build its capability and drive its strategy and execution. The Head of DAS will ensure our service offerings remain agile, innovative, and responsive to evolving customer needs by leveraging expertise across diverse technologies. Central to this senior role is inclusive and highly visible leadership. The Head of DAS will need to understand and nurture the distinct cultures of acquired companies within the Fujitsu family, while actively championing the DAS team with clients and other Fujitsu divisions. This role is a key position within the Executive Leadership Team and reports directly to the CEO of Fujitsu Oceania. About you Key responsibilities and accountabilities: Define and Execute Strategy: Develop and implement a clear strategy and operating model for DAS that aligns with both global and Oceania strategies, capitalising on the regions strengths and Fujitsu's global reach. Collaborate Across the Organization: Work effectively across a large multinational structure, collaborating seamlessly with local and international business lines to drive impactful results for customers. Integrate Technologies: Combine diverse technologies and solutions to create agile, adaptive capabilities while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence. Enhance Customer-Centricity: Deepen understanding of customer business needs to deliver services and products that meet specific requirements and exceed specifications. Requirements and Experience: Transformational Leadership : Proven track record of working with global technology and/or consulting companies in modernizing and transforming world-class delivery capabilities. Financial Acumen : Skilled budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and profitability management, with evidence of managing a large P&L. High-Impact Team Building : Success in building and leading high-performing teams in critical delivery environments. Efficiency and Improvement : Evidence of improving productivity and managing cost-saving initiatives, establishing sustainable continuous improvement. Customer Focus : Demonstrable account management, including evidence of enterprise sales into ASX50 and global customers. Strong evidence of managing complex delivery challenges, adding value and deepening stakeholder engagement. Executive Presence : Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills with executive impact. Cross-Model Alignment : Skilled in building capabilities across multi-sourcing models and ecosystem partnerships. Cultural Transformation : Demonstrated success leading organizational cultural change. Resilient Leadership : Persuasive and credible at the executive level with purpose-driven direction. This role is open to location in Australia with a preference for Canberra. Current or reinstatable AGSVA Security Clearance is desirable. Why Fujitsu?
