This role oversees the entire value chain from procurement of raw materials to outbound logistics, reporting directly to senior management and ensuring operational excellence and productivity.More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:Leading, managing and playing an active part in daily operations to meet production targets and maintain quality standardsDeveloping and implementing operational strategies to boost productivity and reduce costsMentoring and managing a team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvementOverseeing efficient logistics for incoming raw materials and outbound productsMaintaining strict quality controls and compliance with safety and operational regulationsAdvocating for and enforcing a safety-first cultureOptimising warehouse and inventory managementInvesting in technology and innovation to enhance operational efficiencyAbout YouTo qualify, you will need a proven track record in manufacturing operations and strong experience in both strategic and hands-on tasks. Warehouse experience or a Bachelor in Business Majoring in Logistics will be held in high regard. Additionally, a willingness to work up to 50 hours per week will be required.
