What will you be doing? You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the bus services, optimising efficiency, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily bus operations to ensure schedules are followed and services run smoothly. Recruit, train, and supervise drivers and support staff, promoting a safe and positive work environment. Create driver rosters and assign vehicles to jobs for optimal efficiency. Oversee the budget, monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising service. Ensure compliance with transport regulations and safety standards through regular audits and training. Address customer inquiries and complaints, enhancing the passenger experience. Analyze performance data to identify improvement areas and implement strategies. Coordinate with fleet, maintenance, and admin teams to resolve operational issues. Develop and maintain contingency plans for unexpected events, like breakdowns or delays. What's in it for you? $80,000-$100,000 (salary can be negotiated based on your experience and qualifications)
