The Operations Manager supervises the daily operations with planning, direction, and coordination of the Eigigu Solutions Corporation (ESC) operations.
This includes input into improving performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.

Play a key role in developing and mentoring local talent.Key Responsibilities: Direct the company operations in keeping with the direction outlined by the CEO.Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to develop plans for corporate growth, evolution, and transition.Collate, review, and submit reports to the CEO and board of directors on all matters of importance to the organisation.Provide day-to-day leadership and mentoring to Superintendents, Team Leaders, and employees.Ensure daily activities of the operation align with the company's core values and culture and with the compliance requirements of the contract.Oversee the daily operations of the company and work with other functional area managers.Design, plan, and implement operational strategies, systems, plans, policies, and procedures.Collaborate with Managers, Superintendents, and Team Leaders to ensure plans for corporate growth, evolution, and transition are being implemented and maintained.Lead all functional areas in operating in an appropriate manner in accordance with agreed policy, procedure, and process.Provide support to employees in mentor roles to ensure that they are proactively building local employee capability in all areas of service delivery.Manage relationships and act as corporate level liaison with client representatives, partners, sub-contractors, vendors, and suppliers.Monitor performance of quality controls and operational outcomes.Actively lead the continual improvement processes of the business.Demonstrate working knowledge within all relevant policies and procedures.Skills: Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to foster team cohesiveness.Advanced decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills to communicate at all levels of the organisation.Strong influencing and networking skills to attend and represent the organisation at corporate meetings.Ability to work well under pressure, organise effectively, and delegate responsibility.The ability to build respectful and productive working relationships with a range of stakeholders in complex and challenging environments.Ability to assist with monitoring performance of quality controls, operational strategies, systems, plans, policies, and procedures.Maintain confidentiality and privacy of written and oral information.Strong work ethic with initiative to learn new skills.Demonstrate a commitment to working with Cultural Diversity.Apply today and take the next step in your career while making a positive impact in Nauru.
