Permanent full-time opportunity to manage the support functions for the School Dental Service (SDS) including workforce, finance, recruitment, assets, contracts, and procurement management.
About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with Metro North Health's values:
Manage staffing and budget responsibilities for SDS. Implement large-scale organisational change to support SDS and Metro North Oral Health Services (MNOHS). Ensure growth in services is monitored to inform broader MNOHS policies and processes in relation to cross-boundary services. Responsible for business planning, service development, and resource management across SDS and MNOHS. Health Equity It is expected that all Metro North Health staff, including the incumbent of this role as a valuable member of the Metro North workforce, contribute to the health equity agenda and meet the intent of supporting the defined six actions that specifically meet the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people within the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards (NSQHS).
