Office Management (Administration & Office Support) Full time Salary: $130,000 – $140,000 per year + superannuation

Our operations function has an integral role in the efficient delivery of those services, ensuring the highest levels of technical accuracy, attention to detail, process efficiencies, compliance and customer service.
Position We are seeking a professional person with great communication skills to manage operations. This person will join a growing team, reporting to the Chief Legal & Operating Officer.
Responsibilities Streamlining processes and driving operational efficiency.Establishing and maintaining best practices, policies and procedures.Leading internal communications.Supporting human resources functions.Assisting with business compliance matters.Managing business-wide processes and initiatives.Providing executive administrative support to our senior leadership team.Liaising and managing relationships with key external stakeholders.Cultivating a positive, high-performance team culture.Managing Client Services and Print room teams, including reporting on Client Services and Print room performance.Undertaking overflow order processing and client communications, via phone and email, during busier periods.Requirements Proven experience as a legal practice manager or operations manager.Skills in managing and providing top-tier administrative support in a professional environment.Experience developing efficient work practices.Develop, adhere to and implement work health and safety practices.Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.Exceptional attention to detail.Proven track record in building and maintaining strong working relationships.Strong time management skills and demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines.Collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset.Ability to work autonomously and cohesively as part of a team.Passion for embracing IT to support and enhance product and service delivery.Your application will include the following questions:
