The Opportunity: Our Energy & Resources Segment is on an exciting growth journey and are looking for an accomplished, professional senior leader to join the team in the role of Operations Manager (Key Account Manager). This role will be the senior manager responsible for a portfolio of villages with a key client on a 5:2 roster in Central Queensland (Bowen Basin) region fly-in-fly-out or drive-in-drive-out roster to Central Queensland. What we are looking for: More than 5 years senior operational management experience preferably in a Resources/Mining Village, Integrated Services or Hospitality environmentInspirational, strong leadership skillsAbility to develop and maintain trusted client relationships that are multi-layeredAbility to partner with other leaders and manage within a matrix organisationAbility to formulate and execute operational plans and cost leadership strategiesAbility to motivate, develop and lead teams to successCommitment to safety leadership and the safe delivery of all services across the portfolioExcellent written and verbal communication skills and professional presentation and serviceOpen Manual C Class LicenceAbility to pass pre-employment training and medicals (including a QLD Coal Board Medical)Previous Defence or military experience highly desirableWhat you will get in return: Mental, financial and physical health support programs.Ongoing support and training with opportunities to grow with a global companyA range of company benefits.The role is site based, leading and overseeing a multi-functional team across Village operations.Provide to the General Manager QLD, essential feedback on the status of the Village operations.Own and develop the relationship with our client and all client stakeholders to drive continuous organic growth.
