We're seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to take control of the daily manufacturing (1xsite) and warehousing operations (5xsites)across AU/NZ. Introduce practical improvement initiatives, including best practice, CI, reporting, and provide the leadership needed to elevate the business to new heights.
You'll work closely with senior leadership to shape operational strategy while leading your team in day-to-day improvements.

You have a strong background in end-to-end manufacturing operations and experience leading warehouse teams.
You have a deep understanding of Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies and have successfully implemented them in previous roles. You're strategic and hands-on, with the ability to lead from the front and drive meaningful change.
