The opportunity: Lead and manage Home Care operations in the North or South regions of Perth, ensuring high-quality service delivery for clients and their families.Collaborate with regional managers to develop a high-performing framework that meets and exceeds service standards.Drive brand awareness and engagement, creating opportunities for stakeholder partnerships and lead generation.Oversee the Home Care Package program, ensuring compliance with Department of Health and Department of Social Services guidelines and funding parameters.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, health professionals, and Aged Care Assessment Teams (ACATs).Manage the Home Care team, ensuring effective workforce planning, safety protocols, and timely service delivery.Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance, quality, and continuous improvement across all service areas.What makes this great: Join a WA not for profit organisation committed to delivering care with purpose.Fantastic job satisfaction – see the effect your leadership skills have on improving culture.Be guided and supported by your dedicated 3D Recruit Career Consultant, assisting with CV creation, interview preparation and career advice.Salary range $120k - $137 + super + salary packaging.About you: Minimum of 4 years' experience managing or supervising a team, with a focus on fostering collaboration and excellent teamwork.In-depth understanding of Home Care Package funding models and relevant government regulations.Strong familiarity with Aged Care Quality standards, ensuring compliance and excellence in service delivery.Proven leadership with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, able to build trust and positive relationships across the organisation.Strategic thinker with a track record in managing operational budgets and driving high-performing teams toward success.What Next?
