We currently have an opportunity for an experienced and driven Operations Manager to join our team.
This role is fast paced.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our existing childcare centres across Queensland with a maximum of 6 centres in your portfolio as well as assisting with on boarding of new services.
Skills & Experience A Diploma in Children's Services or bachelor's degree or equivalent Kindness, Empathy, A can do attitude & respect Experience in multi-site management including compliance and reporting.
Proven experience of developing and delivering to a quality and safety agenda Knowledge and implementation of the NQF and EYLF Experience managing budgets and staffing requirements Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, influencing and management skills Strong computer skills including Kidsoft, CCSS, ISS, CRM tools Strong, practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework Knowledge of legislative requirements in QLD, NSW and VIC First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification Police Check and Working with Children's check Duties To guide, support and nurture the Centre Manager and their team Monitoring and supporting educational leaders and nominated supervisors around the National Quality framework and early years learning framework.
Monitoring of maintenance and networking with legislative bodies Overseeing the strategic plans for each Service Leading and Mentoring Centre Managers and staff Recruitment of Centre Managers and Key Centre Staff Ensuring that Centre Managers build strong relationships with families through effective CRM utilisation and other communication and engagement strategies Applying effective communication and leadership strategies to engage staff, and working collaboratively, including partnering with other services in the area Working with the marketing team to drive strong occupancy and positive word of mouth.
