Venue Manager – Bellissimo Café/Retail Manager - Bound You will lead by example and understand that each day is unique & will often mean wearing many 'hats' to ensure our brand is well presented and our customers' desires are fulfilled.
We are looking for leaders who will: Motivate and lead from the front and ensure all team members perform tasks according to standards and procedures in this fast-paced environment. Provide a high standard of customer service and be a true brand ambassador. Oversee daily store operations including ordering, rostering, and staff management. Be proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, Outlook & Teams. Demonstrate knowledge of regulations relating to food safety with confidence in training teams in food safety standards. Champion maturity, initiative, and a sense of urgency. Be responsible for stock control and waste management. Bring your higher self to work and show respect for others through your words and actions. Be flexible to work a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday which may include early morning and late nights.
