Operations Manager – Elvery's Electrical Service
Salary: Up to $120,000 (depending on experience – salary negotiable) + company vehicle, phone, and laptop

What You'll Do
Lead a dedicated team of 16 electricians, keeping everyone aligned, motivated, and delivering excellent service with safety as a priority.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet Elvery's high standards.
Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and project estimating to ensure smooth operations and efficient planning.
Build strong client relationships to maintain Elvery's reputation for open, honest communication.
While focusing on management, step in on the tools during busy times to support the team and keep things running smoothly.
What You Bring
You are a qualified electrician with a solid understanding of managing daily operations.
A natural leader who brings people together, communicates effectively, and sets a positive example.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a knack for improving processes to enhance efficiency.
Excellent people skills and a commitment to client trust through clear, transparent communication.
