What You'll Do
Lead a dedicated team of 16 electricians, keeping everyone aligned, motivated, and delivering excellent service with safety as a priority.Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet Elvery's high standards.Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and project estimating to ensure smooth operations and efficient planning.Build strong client relationships to maintain Elvery's reputation for open, honest communication.While focusing on management, step in on the tools during busy times to support the team and keep things running smoothly.What You Bring
