Enjoy perks such as job stability, working with a tight-knit team, attractive remuneration, and on-the-job training.This role is suitable for an experienced Dewatering / Pump Supervisor who is looking to move up.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and support dewatering teams and sub-contractors in a time-sensitive and demanding environment.Preparation of work schedules.Conduct regular site checks to assess operations and ensure works are done in compliance with project specifications.Supervise the dewatering team to ensure smooth operations and adherence to standards.Organise equipment and personnel for site mobilisation.RequirementsProven experience in operations management within the dewatering industry or a related field.A hands-on approach and a willingness to go above and beyond during this period of unprecedented growth.A current driver's license.Forklift license and excavator ticket (desirable).The physical fitness and resilience to thrive in a demanding role.Strong interpersonal skills to liaise and communicate effectively with customers on-site.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.The successful applicant will be a highly motivated team player who thrives in a multitasking environment.
