Operations Manager And Co-Company Secretary

Operations Manager and Co-Sec Sydney CBD, Full time permanent role $130k + Bonus The Employer A highly successful boutique Investment management firm based in beautiful CBD offices.
The two founding directors are industry veterans and manage a number of funds on behalf of their clients including an ASX-listed investment company.
The successful candidate will work closely with the 5 person investment team gaining unique experience and exposure to both investment management and private equity.
This role is ideally suited to a finance and accounting professional with knowledge and/or interest in investment management / private equity.
The role: End-to-end finance and operations role, responsible for the delivery of financial reporting, forecasting and planning, finance partnering (including ad-hoc financial modeling and due diligence), fund operations, and Company Secretary duties.
Skills and Experience: CA/CPA/CFA qualification will be highly regarded Experience within the financial services sector is considered an advantage Accounting and tax experience gained in a Top 10 Chartered Accounting firm (highly desirable) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Benefits: Great learning & training opportunities Fun, flexible working environment Competitive salary and performance bonus
