What you'll be doing To ensure optimum and efficient operation of the non-admitted clinical services at Royal North Shore Hospital (RNSH). The position is responsible for the superior leadership and management of models of care aligned to an ambulatory and outpatient setting for a variety of clinical specialties.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply. Candidates will need to meet the following criteria: Relevant tertiary qualification, such as health administration or clinical professional tertiary level qualification or relevant experience.Ability to lead teamwork amongst facility staff, including the ability to set goals, foster professional networks and work within a team.Skills and recent experience in managing organisational change and project management, including the ability to positively influence senior clinical and managerial staff.Understanding of funding and revenue sources and associated systems of revenue management in relation to ambulatory care services.Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated commitment to the principles of excellent customer service.Need more information?
