We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join this fearless team! You will be responsible for the management of the entire office, keeping abreast with legislation, trends, organizing events, and most importantly, representing an incredible brand.
The Role: Compliance for all property management & sales staff Wellbeing check-ins with staff Improving policies, procedures & systems Monitoring all compliance, agency/ management agreements, CPD 1 on 1's with staff when necessary HR, Onboarding & Training Recruitment Liaising with Internal & External Stakeholders Organizing and managing projects/ social events Someone who loves coming to work!
