About the Role We are in an exciting stage of growth and seeking a superstar Operations Lead/Manager who can provide inspiring and inclusive leadership for the team you supervise.
You'll be directly responsible for managing a team of Senior Claims Consultants and their direct reports, while reporting to the Head of Operations.
In this role, you will identify key initiatives and projects to enhance efficiency.
The quality of your leadership is crucial for success; you'll motivate and inspire your teams to deliver their best work.
You will identify and implement processes and technological solutions that improve performance and enhance the customer experience.
About You You are skilled at managing cross-functional teams, optimising processes, and contributing to business growth while ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
You have strong experience in people management and leadership, ideally with a background in managing operational teams.
You provide high-level professional customer service and have the ability to think on your feet, as no inquiry is the same.
Experience in the automotive or tech industry would be beneficial but is not required.
You have a deep understanding of what operational efficiency should look like across customer-facing teams.
You possess excellent organisational, prioritisation, and decision-making skills.
You have a willingness to work with a diverse team and regional customers.
