About the Opportunity As the Operations Lead for the Adelaide Parcel Facility (APF), you will play a crucial role in managing afternoon operations (11am - 7pm). You'll support the Processing Manager in fostering a collaborative culture, driving performance improvements, and ensuring safety and compliance standards are met. This is your chance to lead a dynamic team and help transform our operations for the future.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and direct processing and support activities to meet operational performance targets.Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards while driving process improvements.Manage staff allocation and resource availability for efficient operations.Engage and influence stakeholders to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.Coach and mentor team members to promote a positive workplace culture.About You We're looking for motivated leaders who can inspire and bring out the best in their teams.
