Position OverviewReporting to Store Leadership, the Guest Lead plays an important role in delivering and directing the activities required to achieve store goals.
These activities include providing exceptional guest service, maintaining compelling visual presentations, ongoing associate development and effective operational compliance.

May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location.
