ABOUT ENVIRONS KIMBERLEY Environs Kimberley is the peak environmental NGO for the Kimberley region in far north-west Australia. We are committed to protecting the health of the land and waters of the region. We do this through advocacy and on-ground cultural and natural resource management projects.

A relevant tertiary qualification or high-level management and operations management experience of at least 5 years. Experience in administration and management of non-government organisations in the not-for-profit sector. Ability to interpret and implement regulations and legislation relevant to the non-Government sector through systems, policies and processes to ensure EK remains compliant. Highly developed written, interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to prepare written reports and submissions. Ability to work effectively with the organisation's leadership. Demonstrated leadership skills in the provision of support and direction to the staff team. Demonstrated high level financial management and planning skills. Experience in negotiating and partnering successfully with funding providers, and other agencies providing related services. Experience in liaising and working effectively with a wide range of people and groups in Government and non-Government sectors including service users.
