This is a busy and diverse role that will see you make an impact by providing a range of services and support to our colleagues.
Do work that matters: Supporting with a broad range of operational tasks including various onboarding activities to support key stakeholders and colleagues across Bankwest.Ability to collaborate with key business partners to achieve positive business outcomes.Ability to develop and grow strong stakeholder relationships through understanding the needs of our customers.Ability to identify key risks and manage to reduce overall business impact.Seeking to identify opportunities for continuous improvements within the Operational excellence framework.We're interested in hearing from people who: Have outstanding time management skills.Are able to work autonomously; this role requires the skills to be able to move throughout different processes.Are proficient in verbal and written communication.Think about ways we can do things differently to further enhance the experience for our customers.Have had exposure to the onboarding and new to bank experience (this would be an advantage).This role is a 12 month secondment/fixed-term contract and is located in Perth, working 50% hybrid from the office.
