Being part of the Melbourne Market Authority, you will play a big part of this vision as a nightshift Operations Coordinator, with assisting in the supervising and managing the performance of the Market operations. This position is 12-month fixed term contract, starting your shift at 12am.
Summary of the Position: As an Operations Coordinator for the Melbourne Market Authority (MMA) you will support the Operations Manager in daily infringement and operational administrative duties, maintenance of procedures, ad hoc operational tasks and project. In doing so, you will support the delivery of operational management as it related to the MMA employees, outsourced agents MMA and market users.
Responsibilities: Supporting the Operations Manager in the supervision of Market operations Managing the Operating Rules Compliance, breaches and internal review and recommendations Ensuring accurate record keeping in Salesforce / relevant systems Reviewing and updating SOPs, policies, procedures, and manuals Assist in any relevant strategic goals in relation to the Market's operations Support in Drug & Alcohol testing and escalations Review and check contractor invoices against roster, ensuring they meet all requirements Support the Operations Manager in identifying areas of improvement in the Market operations delivery Assist the Operations Manager in the implementation of training and development programs Identify process improvements and provide recommendations to the Operations Manager Liaise frequently with Market stakeholders, attend client meeting at the request of the Operations Manager. Maintain open and effective communication and information exchange with All MMA team members, contractors, and facilities management team members. Support Operations Manager in managing relationships with all key stakeholder groups (e.g. State government, Produce and flower growers, wholesalers, retailers, contractors and consumers) To be Successful We're looking for some who has the below skill set and/or experiences:
Microsoft proficient, specifically Excel Salesforce Proficiency (Preferred/desired) Business and/or Administration degree desirable Relationship building / high interpersonal skills Detailed orientated, with an organised planned approach to work Collaborative and team orientated Adaptable, resilient and accountable Customer Service Experience Leadership Administrative experience What in it for you?
