About the role: In this position, you will be responsible for the full coordination of assigned projects, ensuring that your projects are fully manned, and our workforce is mobilised across various mining sites throughout Western Australia. This role requires strong organisational and communication skills to effectively coordinate projects. It is dynamic, fast-paced, and solutions-driven, with effective time management being essential.
Effective Communication: Establish clear lines of communication with clients, site supervisors, employees, and other stakeholders. Regularly update them on project requirements, changes in schedules, and any relevant information.Technology: The ability to use training, mobilisation, and planning software such as ERMS, SuccessFactors, My Pass, and INX to streamline processes, manage personnel data, and track qualifications. ERMS experience would be an advantage with an understanding of its functionalities.Organisational Skills: Develop and maintain a robust organisational system to manage mobilisation requirements efficiently. This includes keeping track of employee qualifications, coordinating travel arrangements, managing timesheets, and tracking and checking purchase orders and invoices.Adaptability: Be prepared to adapt to changes in project requirements, schedules, and personnel needs. Flexibility is key in a dynamic and fast-paced environment like the resources sector.Attention to Detail: Pay close attention to details in tasks such as timesheet management, payroll processing, and invoice checking to ensure accuracy and compliance with rosters.Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the leadership team, site supervisors, HR and other team members to ensure smooth operations and effective rostering.Deadline Management: Develop strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively. Prioritise tasks based on urgency and importance to ensure timely completion.Professionalism: Maintain professional relationships with personnel, stakeholders, and vendors. Clear and respectful communication fosters positive working relationships and enhances productivity.Qualifications, Experience and Skills: Minimum of 2 years' experience in mobilisation and management/leadership role.Previous experience in recruitment / HR is desirable.Excellent people management skills are a must.Excellent leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects.Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).Organised and always meets deadlines.At Parabellum International, our core values of transparency, agility, family, making a difference, and going above and beyond are at the forefront of everything we do.
