Coordinating workforce activities, including roster management and leave approvalsEnsuring compliance with mandatory training and staff readiness requirementsSupporting recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processesManaging data accuracy in workforce tools and reporting to stakeholdersOptimising rosters and addressing payroll-related queriesAssisting with internal and client reporting requirementsSerco is a place for you To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
